SatireThe meaning of satire is the use of irony, sarcasm, or caustic wit used to attack or expose folly, vice, or stupidity. The purpose of satire is a form of comedy but in a humorous way, saying something you mean but saying it in a very sarcastic way. A way satire can be used is in a comedy show, newspaper, magazines, movies their is different ways u can express satire. Many people who come out affected are politics, and many artists usually the people who are in the media or surround by some kinda fame. What is happening with Taylor Mali's is that he is satirizing the people who doesn't proofread their work. He does this by writing his article in incorrect spelling to show how so many errors that aren't proofread in an his writing that can change the message of it. He thought getting himself a spell checker would help him with his misspelled words but it didn't because he noticed that a spell checker just don't pick up a every mistake he did. It was very hard for me to understand what the writer is trying to say if the spelling is incorrect this is why it is very important that it is proofread. In one part of the article Taylor Mali said "And God for billing purposes only you should have serial problems with Tori Spelling your spell Chekhov might replace a word with one you had absolutely no detention of using." What he really meant was "And God for bit purposely only you should have several problems with Tori Spelling your spell Checker might replace a word with one you had absolutely no intention of using." This is a serious problem that people should acknowledged because you dont want to write something that you getting graded on and just because you didn't proofread get grade that you may not deserve.
